International Orders - All international orders are subject to additional shipping fees. Onceyour order has been placed, you will receive a PayPal email request for theadditional postage for Global Priority Mail. Additional feesmay range between $30-50, depending on your country of origin. Orderscan be processed only after total shipment fees have been paid.  Local import duties and taxes are customers responsibility.

Shipping & Handling - Shipping and Handling charges include packaging and delivery confirmation and are non-refundable. PO Box addresses will not beaccepted.  DVD and CD orders are shipped Priority Mail. Please allow 7-15 days for delivery. 

Return Policy - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not refund or credit shipping and handling fees.  Refunds and exchanges are processed when item(s) are received in our office. Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt.  All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt and reported to our customer service department for return authorization to martialfusion@gmail.com and we will be glad to replace it for the correct item.

Registrations/Fees for Trainings and/or Certifications are considered merchandise, and are also NON REFUNDABLE or transferable, meaning they cannot be used by another person.

Lost Orders - If you haven't received your package within the delivery time please let us know and we will do whatever we can in assisting you to get your package.  Before contacting us, please check with your local United States PostOffice and see if they have your package. Due to box sizes sometimes your mail person will not leave the packageand a notice will be left for you to pick up the package at the Post Office.

Updates via email or direct mail - Occasionally MartialFusion.com may contact you by email or direct mail about new releases, promotions and send you a new catalog.  If for any reason youdo not wish to receive communications from us and wouldlike to stop email or direct mail just unsubscribe following the link assigned.
